Introduction

In line with our vision, Power Construction has adopted an Enterprise and Supply Chain, SMME Development strategy that is aligned with Government’s policies for Broad Based

Economic Empowerment. This includes both the development of previously disadvantage construction companies and suppliers, to ensure that their businesses can participate in a meaningful way in the construction industry.

Development Objectives

Power Construction’s approach to Enterprise Development is to create holistic but sustainable business relationship with the development companies forming part of this program, allowing these companies to meet their full potential in their different fields of expertise.

Our choice of partnerships will be based on establishing mutually beneficial relationships that can be long term, medium term or contract specific, to fulfil our own requirements and/or meet client’s contractual requirements at the time.

Our goal is to assist these businesses to develop and participate in a meaningful way in the economic activities of this industry and in the process assist us in meeting Government’s requirements for B-BBEE and where specifically required, various client needs, during this development relationship.

Through this programme young entrepreneurs are given exposure to business opportunities they may not otherwise have had. To mention but a few contractors that the Power Group has and is engaged with:
