The Power Group’s internally-created quality control system, the “Power Ways”, is implemented and managed through various mechanisms such as internal quality audits; ‘key performance indicators’ measurement for all managerial staff; internal and external customer evaluations; annual leadership assessment of all management staff; and quality control testing by the group’s in-house laboratory. ISO certification will be the company’s next step in its quest to maintain consistently high standards.
