OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / ACCOUNTANT – CENTURION


Minimum Requirements

  • Completed Accounting / Cost & Management Diploma / Degree or equivalent.
  • Strong ability to lead and positively influence staff.
  • 3 years’ experience in producing financial accounts up to trial balance level and monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
  • Experience with accounts payable reconciliations and payments.
  • 2 years’ experience in general office administration.
  • Experience in cash flow management.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow and implement systems and procedures.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Computer literate (Accounting & MS Office).
  • Fluent in English.

Added Advantage

  • Experience with administrative negotiations with suppliers.
  • In possession of a valid code B driver’s license.
